Event Rule

 Boosted Brotherhood – Event Rules & Participation Agreement

By attending, participating in, or being present at any Boosted Brotherhood event, meet, cruise, or gathering, you agree to the following terms:

1. Voluntary Participation

Participation in Boosted Brotherhood activities is voluntary and may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to vehicle accidents, property damage, personal injury, or death.

2. Assumption of Risk

All participants and attendees knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending or participating in any Boosted Brotherhood event or activity.

3. Release of Liability

Participants and attendees agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Boosted Brotherhood, its owners, organizers, members, staff, sponsors, vendors, affiliates, event hosts, and property owners from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, losses, or expenses arising from participation in any event or activity.

4. Indemnification

Participants agree to indemnify and defend Boosted Brotherhood and all associated parties (including sponsors and property owners) against any claims, damages, or legal actions caused by their behavior, vehicle, or guests.

5. Responsible Conduct

Reckless, dangerous, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. This includes but is not limited to:

• Burnouts 
• Drifting 
• Street racing 
• Rev battles 
• Excessive speeding 
• Aggressive driving 

Violations will result in immediate removal and possible permanent ban.

6. Strict No Burnouts / Reckless Driving Policy

Strictly NO burnouts, drifting, or reckless driving on or near event property.
This applies when arriving, during the event, and when leaving.

Violators may be:

• Removed immediately 
• Banned from future events 
• Reported to local authorities if necessary 

7. Vehicle Responsibility

Participants are solely responsible for:

• The condition and safety of their vehicle 
• Valid registration and insurance 
• Any damage caused by their vehicle 

Boosted Brotherhood does not inspect or guarantee vehicle safety.

8. Compliance with Laws

All participants must comply with all local, state, and federal laws.
Boosted Brotherhood does not condone or support illegal activity of any kind.

9. Respect the Venue & Property

Participants must respect the event location and surrounding area:

• Do NOT block entrances, exits, or garage doors 
• Do NOT park in handicap or restricted areas 
• Do NOT interfere with business operations 

Any damage to property may result in removal and financial responsibility.

10. Parking & Traffic Flow

All attendees must follow directions from event staff regarding:

• Parking placement 
• Entry and exit routes 
• Traffic flow 

Failure to comply may result in removal.

11. Spectator & Guest Responsibility

Participants are responsible for the behavior of:

• Their passengers 
• Their guests 
• Anyone attending with them 

All attendees must follow event rules.

12. No Alcohol or Drugs

Alcohol and illegal substances are strictly prohibited at all Boosted Brotherhood events.

Anyone suspected of being under the influence may be removed immediately.

13. No Unauthorized Soliciting or Vendors

No selling, promoting, or soliciting is allowed without prior approval from Boosted Brotherhood.

14. Children & Minors

Children must be supervised at all times.
Boosted Brotherhood is not responsible for the safety or supervision of minors.

15. Noise & Disturbance Policy

Excessive noise, including:

• Revving engines 
• Sound system demos 
• Disturbances to surrounding businesses or residents 

May be restricted or stopped at any time.

16. Clean-Up Responsibility

All participants are expected to:

• Dispose of trash properly 
• Leave the area clean 

Respect the location so we can continue hosting events.

17. Photography & Media Release

By attending, participants grant Boosted Brotherhood permission to capture and use photos and videos for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes without compensation.

18. Event Changes / Cancellations

Boosted Brotherhood reserves the right to:

• Modify 
• Reschedule 
• Cancel events 

At any time due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

19. Right to Refuse Entry or Remove Participants

Boosted Brotherhood reserves the right to:

• Deny entry 
• Remove any individual 

For unsafe, disruptive, or non-compliant behavior.

20. Membership Terms

Membership is a privilege, not a right.
Boosted Brotherhood reserves the right to revoke membership at any time.

21. Applicability of Agreement

This agreement applies to all Boosted Brotherhood activities, including:

• Car meets 
• Shows 
• Cruises 
• Sponsored events 
• Any affiliated gatherings 

22. Legal Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from participation in Boosted Brotherhood activities shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the event is held.

Agreement

By attending, participating in, or being present at any Boosted Brotherhood event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all rules, terms, and conditions outlined above.

Failure to comply may result in:

• Immediate removal 
• Permanent ban from future events 
• Legal action if necessary
